Artist Registration

Welcome to the SBPC’s Annual Art Show Registration Form for Artist Members! 

This section is required for artists who plan to enter the 2022 Annual Art Show.  Entrants will need to provide contact and show information, sign the Memorandum of Understanding and pay the entry fee.  Members may also take this opportunity to pay dues for 2023.  Registration is open through September 13, 2022.

Instructions:  Proceed through the 3 steps to complete and submit the form.  After you submit your registration, you will see a confirmation on the screen and receive an email notification that includes a summary of your entries.

After completion, changes or corrections may be made through September 20, 2022 by contacting sanfordbpc@gmail.com.

Name of the person (other than yourself) who will be picking up artwork on your behalf at the end of the show. If you will be picking up your artwork, leave the field blank.
For planning purposes, please enter the number of pieces that you think you will have in each area. When you are ready to open an actual Artwork Entry Form, you will be asked again and will need to provide an accurate count.
