Grant Application

Grant applications may be submitted at any time during the year.  It is recommended that you submit requests at least six (6) weeks before the start date of your proposed program to allow the AABA Committee (and Board, if needed) sufficient opportunity to review and respond.

APPLICANT INFORMATION
If your grant request is approved, provide the name and mailing address of the school to whom a check is to be mailed or supplies are to be shipped below. Note that supplies cannot be shipped to a P. O. Box.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Please provide a written list of the schools and teachers involved in this program. If supplies are to be distributed, include documentation with your Budget Report.
FUNDING INFORMATION
On a separate page, provide a budget (see template) or other itemized details of the cost of the project or supply need. Use the Choose Files button below to upload your Budget Report.
Please provide written commitment/confirmation from the organization/person(s) involved in providing resources or funds for this program. It can be uploaded with your Budget Report.
